“ Bagel with a body soul Best bagel in DFW. Really hardy, tasty bagels. None of that soft, lightweight bagel wannabe stuff. These bagel are made right in front of your eyes, using bags of High Gluten Flour stacked high inside the store. I ate an Everything Bagel, sliced and toasted medium with Starship Bagels own Fermented Jalapeno Cream Cheese and it was a divine combo. I had a cup of their coffee which was very refreshing without any sweetener or cream. I also took home a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel for my spouse, which I am certain she will love. Its right next to Ace Hardware off Main and I am sure to go here again. If you are a veganvegetarian, not to worry. I am sure you can find something that delights you. ”

“ Update Jan 2025 OK so sadly the zaatar my favorite is no longer available except on special occasions BUT the Millennial Falcon is still going strong and an amazing choice. Pro tip order ahead for the best selection or go early in the day. Bagels are always made fresh and once theyre sold out of a certain type, thats it until the next day. Still, all of them are good so you really cant go wrong with any of the flavors. Original review It was a Millennial Falcon kind of morning. Recommendations for just a bagel, you cant go wrong with a zaatar, with scallion schmear. For the Millennial, I suggest the Italian and a plain schmear. And be warned that there is no graceful way to eat the Millennial, have plenty of napkins on hand! You wont care once you get that first bite, though, its 100 worth the mess. Best bagel shop anywhere and if you havent experienced it, you gotta go. And they also are wonderful community partners, supporting our local first responders. ”

“ I ordered a sesame bagel with plain schmear and I think it got mixed with a spiced jalapeno flavor schmear, but other than that, it was great! Cinnamon raisin and plain bagels were delicious. If you have a togo order, just go right to the counter where they keep them and bypass the lines. ”
